About Journal

Study of Interreligious Relations publishes scholarly research on interdisciplinary research on interreligious dialogue, theology, conflict, and other kinds of relations.

Study of Interreligious Relations is an international peer-reviewed, open access, bi-annual journal that publishes original articles from around the world.

In a time when the failure of dialogue, ecumenism, and multiculturalism is the word of the day, we seek to suggest alternatives to what has been going on for a few decades. Given the interdisciplinary interest of the journal, we seek to publish essays from different approaches and methods, from philosophical and theological to historical and social scientific ones. We are especially interested in essays that deal with the challenges, obstacles, and difficulties that need to be overcome.

It is the leading journal for those who study religion in the other social sciences and humanities such as philosophy, sociology, anthropology, psychology, history, and literature.

Study of Interreligious Relations wants to promote the diffusion, exchange, and discussion of research findings; and to encourage interaction among academics from various traditions of learning. The journal welcomes researchers and scholars from all over the world to submit their manuscripts.

The submitted papers will be published after blind peer review.

Those wishing to submit essays should prepare their manuscripts based on the author guidelines.
Please note that Study of Interreligious Relations uses Crossref Similarity Check to screen papers for unoriginal material. By submitting your paper to this journal you are agreeing to originality checks during the peer-review and production processes.
